Pendant la Biennale de São Paulo, l'ancien hôpital Matarazzo, aujourd’hui rebaptisé Cidade Matarazzo, va être investi par une centaine d'artistes sous l’étiquette “Made by Brazilians”. Malgré ce titre, des artistes internationaux comme Ai Weiwei, Adel Abdesemed, Yoko Ono, Cindy Sherman et Xu Bing, sont invités à réaliser des œuvres sur place. Parmi eux,
Jean Feldman va concevoir un totem géant.

The former Matarazzohospital, re-baptized Cidade Marazzo, will be hosting from September 6 to October 1, 2014, a collective display entitled “Made by Brazilians”. Despite the title, the curatorship gathers Brazilian and also some foreigners like Ai Weiwei, Yoko Ono, Cindy Sherman and Xu Bing. Jean Feldman will present a large Totem in the exhibition which takes place within the framework of São Paulo Biennale.
